VISITOR RESTRICTION

As the population of vaccinated residents expands and the State of Ohio revisits its restrictions related to COVID-19, Crystal Clinic reinstated visitation on a limited basis, effective Monday, March 15, 2021.

  • Two designated individuals are permitted to accompany a patient to their clinic appointment, therapy appointment or surgical procedure, or to visit at the bedside during their inpatient stay. There can be no changing or rotating of visitors. A Crystal Clinic supervisor must approve any special circumstances.
  • Two visitors are permitted per stay between 10 a.m.-8 p.m. for inpatient surgery patients. Use of common areas is restricted except designated waiting areas.

Effective September 23, 2022, the CDC revised their COVID masking position. Masks are no longer required in hospitals that are located in areas where the rate of COVID community transmission are low to medium.

Patients and visitors do not need to mask unless they are COVID positive or showing symptoms and are being seen on an urgent/emergency basis. Patients and visitors will be offered a mask if one is needed due to their symptoms. Patients and visitors may always choose to wear a mask if they feel safer doing so. We encourage our patients and visitors to continue practice social distancing. Please note that we may need to reinstate the required use of masks during periods of high community transmission of COVID-19.

Please contact your physician’s office with additional questions.
