FAIRLAWN, OHIO, NOVEMBER 5, 2025 – Crystal Clinic Orthopaedic Center hand surgeon, Haiqiao (Tom) Jiao, M.D., is now accepting patients at the physician-owned hospital system’s Independence II clinic located at 6701 Rockside Road, Suite 103.
Dr. Jiao is a fellowship-trained hand surgeon, board-certified in hand and microsurgery. He is also board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Jiao specializes in hand and upper extremity surgery, focusing on conditions affecting the forearm to the fingertips. He has an interest in nerve entrapment, arthritic conditions, hand fractures, and tendon injuries.
Dr. Jiao is a graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Medicine. He served his residency at the Louisiana State University Department of Plastic Surgery and completed a hand surgery fellowship at Kleinert Kutz Hand Care Center. Dr. Jiao is fluent in English and Mandarin.
In addition to Independence, Dr. Jiao also sees patients in Barberton, Canton and Fairlawn.
