About Dr. Jiao
Dr. Haiqiao (Tom) Jiao is a fellowship-trained hand surgeon, board-certified in hand and micro surgeon. He is also board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Jiao is a graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Medicine. He served his residency at the Louisiana State University Department of Plastic Surgery and completed a hand surgery fellowship at Kleinert Kutz Hand Care Center. Dr. Jiao speaks fluent English and Mandarin.
Dr. Jiao specializes in hand and upper extremity surgery, focusing on condtions affecting the forearm to the fingertips. He has an interest in nerve entrapment, arthritic conditions, hand fractures, and tendon injuries.
Dr. Jiao has published and presented extensively on a variety of orthopedic- and plastic and reconstruction-related topics. He is a candidate member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society for Surgery of the Hand. Dr. Jiao has been in practice since 2020.
